ONI Piracy Report for 3 – 9 March 2016
 
The Office of Naval Intelligence has issued its Piracy Analysis and Warning Weekly (PAWW) Report for 3 - 9 March 2016. According to the report, pirate and maritime crime activity in East African waters is at a low level. There was one reported smuggling event during this one week period; and late reporting concerning an attack from the previous month.

In Q4, hourly labour costs in Latvia increased up to EUR 6.96
 
Data of the Central Statistical Bureau (CSB) show that, compared to the 4th quarter a year before, in the 4th quarter of 2015 hourly labour costs grew by 43 cents or by 6.4% and reached EUR 6.96. According to seasonally adjusted data, labour costs rose by 7.6%....
