KATRADIS Marine Ropes Industry SA announced that Lloyd’s Register independent inspection agency affirms that NIKA-Siri® UHMWPE ropes have been successfully and approved in accordance with MEG4 specifications and are in compliance with the requirements of OCIMF.
KATRADIS Marine Ropes Industry SA follows all the required processes under the framework of MEG4, managing the quality control plan as well as providing all the required data and services to the end users, from mooring line selection recommendations to line management plan and proper rope usage guidance.
In 2020 the company minimizes the risk of mooring line failure and maximizes safety for the crew. It moves forward with determination, full of commitment to its customers’ needs as in all the 84 years of its history.
